ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping is available in Canada through Canada Post. Shipping rates for orders below $150 are displayed at checkout. Please see below for flat rates:

$16 Standard Shipping is available to Ontario, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick.
$30 Standard Shipping is available to Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon Territories, NWT, Nunavut, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward's Island.

Shipping charges for orders over $150, we'll email you shipping charges after you make a payment. After we confirm your order, we'll determine the best delivery method to your address and email you an e-invoice. You'll receive an email confirmation when you pay for your e-invoice online. HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. For orders below $150, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For orders over $150, your tracking information is emailed to you up to 48 hours after your e-invoice is paid online.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hummingbirdsewing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

No returns or exchanges on machines, special orders, cut goods, gift cards, software, furniture, fabric, kits, and patterns. If items are shipped in error, please contact us at hummingbirdsewing@gmail.com.
